Hello.

I'm trying to use version PRPM 2.2 on my Nexus 7 (16GB WiFi) tablet. Seems to be, it don't see network. Even on a same network, when I try to call from it or to it, no call established. I cannot get it register with gatekeeper (Tried CMA4000 and GnuGK).

For ex, I have m100 client on 10.10.11.8 and PRPM on 10.10.11.85 I can't get any form of call. Network on Nexus 7 works ok.

Android 4.2.1

Hello Samael,

As explained in the FAQ => here <= only certain devices are supported and the Nexus 7 is not a supported platform running RPM 2.2.

This can also be followed up checking the 2.2. Release notes => here <=

This was in addition already provided as an answer => here <=

Really sad, that you are not providing support for so widely-using pad (

Hope, this will be corrected.

Hello Samael,

it has nothing to do with not providing support based on the amount of tablets out there.

Sometimes it is simply a technical limitation not being able to utilize the hardware in order to provide the standard that people expect from our products.

You should work with your Polycom reseller for more details.

Best Regards
