Dears ,

We use a new application called " Polycom RealPresence Mobile Version 3.2.1 " that installed on smart phones to make video conference calling with video conference rooms :

1-      Each smart phone registered on CMA 4000 with unique ID through (public internet + VBP firewall).

2-      The video call established by using  IDs for different  registered smart phones.

3-      CMA 4000 (Gatekeeper + Management Server) establish video calling between two different smart phones.

4-       Any smart phones can end video call and the connection end on CMA 4000 .

5-      We open all ports that related  to video calling that mentioned on release note of Polycom  RealPresence Mobile .

6-      Problem :When we use our wireless behind firewall for establishing video call between two different registered smart phones , the video call failed via [ direct connect or RMX server]

7-      When we use different  wireless network for establishing video call between two different registered smart phones , video call succeed .

The required ports for communication are documented in the product release notes.

Do you have a support contract with Polycom? If so I would recommend logging a ticket for assistance if the release notes do not give you sufficient information to address the issue.
