use window xp

 

and inside company  internal network is ok no problem 

 

but use internet go out to call ...auto drop down 2 min ....i open the port 1720, 5061, 5062

Hello,

 

What you describe can be an issue with a firewall closing down ports causing the call disconnect.  This happens often with some customers.  Please double check with your firewall administrator and ask if there are any timers set to around the 2 (180 seconds) minute mark.  If they have some ask if they can extend the timers out and test again.
