Downloaded the real presence mobile app on my iPad today and I'm unable to gain control to my far end PTZ camera. FECC is enable but still have the same issue. Any ideas? Thanks, Theo

Is the icon greyed out?  If yes then you need to register the RealPresence Mobile app to your corporate CMA gateway.
