Not able to save password on RPM

Not able to save password on RPM

Hi,

 

Option of remember password under sign tab in RPM does not work, hence not able to save credentials on RPM.

 

Please confirm if this feature even work or not ?

Hello @Airtel VC Team,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Is this using any Polycom Infrastructure products or as a standalone application?

as the original poster never got back please be advised that if this is being used with a Polycom RealPresence Resource Manager 10.1 or later there is an option that needs to be set:

why do you have to be crazy about this setting?
was not it easier to set save password as default?
anyway thanks, this post was helpful for RPM 3.8 and 3.9
