I've installed the Polycom mobile app from the app store on an iPad 2. When I call any of our VSX 7000's, it works fine. When I call any of our HDX 8000's, I have no video from the HDX 8000, and the camera buttons on the iPad are grayed out. After about 10 seconds, the iPad screen just shows a speaker icon. Audio works fine.

Found it. If I uncheck the H.239 box on the 'call preference' page, it works. I don't know why it works with that box checked on a VSX 7000 but not on the HDX 8000 though.

Tim, I'd be more inclined to think it is a firewall issue. Some firewalls do not support H.239. In our testing we have not seen this as a problem. I run H239 on my HDX8000 and have no video problems between the iPad and the HDX even connecting from at home. Turning off H239 in the HDX may cause problems when the HDX connects to other non-polycom video endpoints and tries to use content.

Sounds like you might be behind a firewall, since it's your RX that is getting 100 packet loss.
Somthing might be blocking those packets from coming in.
Are you connected to a gatekeeper?
You need to allow the ports to let the traffic through on your firewall/router.
