I am looking for a list of keypad controls for use with the Polycom RealPresense call-in users.    For example, if a call-in user wishes to mute their phone, what is the keypad control to mute their line?   Another conference line company uses *6 to mute and #6 to unmute phone line.    There are usually many options available to the end user.  Can someone please point me toward a list of the keypad options/controls for the end-user?

Many thanks!

Hello KWWildlife,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This completely depends what Platform you are using the Real Presence Desktop / Mobile to dial into.

The Application itself can mute its own microphone but what you describe is a feature of the bridge so you need to find out who is hosting this and work with them on that.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
