Local contacts on RealPresence Mobile on iOS

Hello,

I have installed RealPresenceMobile on my iPhone, I add a local contact but when I choose it from the directory the call button doesn't show up.

In my second Android device the call button shows up and I can call the local IP of my RPG310.

While creating I fill the Display name and H323 name.

In the display name I add the name of the contact and in the H323 name the ip of my RPG310.

I thought I might be filling something wrong but adding a H323 number or a SIP URI doesn't make the call button show up.

I have enabled bothe H323 and SIP for my tests.

Hello @AlexK ,

I believe you still have not really provided an update to your old posts. One of them at least the recommendation as to involve Poly support. Did you ever do this was what was the SR?

For your new issue please raise this with Poly support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Re: Local contacts on RealPresence Mobile on iOS

Hello @AlexK ,

welcome back to the Poly community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

Your new post does not include enough details as for example the version you are using etc.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Re: Local contacts on RealPresence Mobile on iOS

Steffen can you test this functionality, it seems like a serious issue.

It renders the local directory not functional.
