We are having audi issue via web from webcasts presented with Accordent Presenter Pro (I think).  Trying to find how to get support for the accordent webcast issue.

Hello and welcome a_gunslinger,

 

Support for the PresenterPro is handled via calling into the 1-888-248-4143 support line and opening up a service request ticket.  At this time there is not a forum based support option. 

 

When you call please make sure you have your serial/License number of the product to expedite the process.
