I am running real presence mobile app on my Ipad. Every time I stay connected to my office it drops the call and shuts off after 30 min and 1 sec. It has happened 3 times at that exact time. Can someone please tell me how to change this?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

  • Is this iPad registered to any Polycom CMA or RPMM or is this just a H323 call?

  • Are there any firewalls in your network if this call is made via a local WiFi or is this a public WiFi or 3G call?

These are just H.323 point to point calls on a 3g connection.

Hello Videojoe,

this is most likely something in the 3G network. You would need to work with your provider as they may not use Video aware firewalls or simply do not want lengthy traffic like this in their network.
