Installation of Real Presence Mobile Android on Samsung Galaxy S III

I have Samsung Galaxy S III Mobile.I have to install Real player mobile Android on it.I tried to install this application on mobile but it is asking Server Name, Username, password.I dont have server & username & password.I need information regarding what is server, username & password.How can i create server & username password in brief.
           When i did skip server name i was unable to call.I have to configure SIP on it.These tabs like SIP was by default disable and i was unable to configure it.I visited your website & followed steps but i am getting trouble as i explained.

The Username & Password are only needed if used in provisioned mode. If in standalone mode (skipped Username & password) the software has certain limitations.
