IPhone/Ipad App not working

Hello, we have 2 Systems 1 HDX 7000 and a RP 300 Group series. Monthes ago we have tested with iphone/ ipad . Now we have a connection but no video or audio. I have test to connect to the Polycom testing systems and i see the same problem.

 

I used wireless and G3/G4 without results.

Exists a IOS Problem?

Hello Mike,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Are you using your corporate wireless?

 

If yes then there must be a firewall / routing issue.

 

For 3G/4G it fully depends on the providers on what ports they are blocking and if they assign an public or a private IP.

 

There are many post's here covering this already that you should be able to find via the community search.
