IPAD mini support

I've just installed the new release for Ipad Mini. 

Everything work well... I succeed in connecting to the plateform, but I'm not able to activate the arrow control panel (icon is grey). So I'm not able to select a conference room. All other button are OK.


Any ideas ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I am unsure if I understand your issue but are you running the RPM in provisioned mode with a Polycom infrastructure (CMA or or RPRM)?
