We've just implemented RealConnect for Teams and tested our Polycoms Trios 8800 with visual + which work great even in hyrbid (line1 Pbx, Line2 Teams) mode.

We ran the powershell command as per https://dialin.plcm.vc/teams/ps.html?key=823979477 to  apply Video Interop Policy so now meeting invites inclue the VTC Conference IDs however not sure how to find/create those for meetings that already existed prior to implementing RealConnect for Teams?

Many thanks in advance.

I am pretty sure you will have to recreate those meeting requests and appointments. This is not a failing with realconnect. It's just a fact of life with outlook.

Thanks Adam, I'm hopeful that's not the case, perhaps there is a way using powershell or something to create a new ID even if not visible we could then let users know. Will wait a few days to see if anyone else knows.

It will only be needed for rooms with polycom equipment that have already been scheduled. It won't be needed for regular teams meetings. Just for meetings that involve the room.

In my case we move to a new building with new meeting rooms with new names. So we got to start all over

And of course no one is using them right now.
