Received a message from Microsoft: "Plantronics, Inc. has removed your delegated admin roles"

I received this message on 2/22/22 (US Style).  Will this affect any RealConnect linkages or other linkages that existed before Tuesday?

Plantronics, Inc. has removed your delegated admin roles

Plantronics, Inc. has removed your delegated admin roles on February 23, 2022. This means they can no longer manage your account with Microsoft or access your account in the Microsoft 365 admin center and other sites.

If you want to authorize this partner to manage your account with Microsoft again, ask them to send you a new delegated admin relationship request.

Re: Received a message from Microsoft: "Plantronics, Inc. has removed your delegated admin rol

Hello @Adam in DC ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

I checked this internally and a colleague provided me with this:

Following security best practices, we proactively removed our ability to access and administer their Microsoft tenant (Delegated Admin Permission, or DAP), which was granted to us when the CSP relationship was established for RealConnect.

Although there was a link in the webapp for customers to initiate this themselves, many didn’t. Since RealConnect doesn’t make use of DAP for any reason, we went ahead and removed it from all remaining customers.

If you have any follow up questions feel free to open a support ticket.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
