Hi all
So have conducted a number of test calls and results are as follows:
Codec end (HDX8000 or group series 500)
Video (Camera) from Teams caller - working
Content from Teams caller - working
Audio from Teams caller - working
Teams end (Windows 10 Teams app or Android Phone app)
Video (camera) no - they just see an icon
Content - working
Audio - working
At the codec end cameras are working and viewable and has has happened on all tests looks to be a global setting somewhere.
Any ideas?

There was a global issue yesterday affecting calls into Teams but this should be fixed. Is this a new installation or was this working before?

just tried remotely and seems video is back ok.
