RealConnect for Teams: Announcing additional IP Addresses (no operational impact)
Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
We will soon be adding IP addresses in RealConnect for Teams. These additional IP addresses will not be used before June 3rd 2022. This notice goes out to network administrators, with specific firewall or network rules (non-FQDN), to update their systems accordingly. (No action required for customers who whitelisted FQDN "edge-teams.plcm.vc" in their firewalls.) The following IP addresses should be added to the whitelist: 52.242.128.108
40.86.74.79
13.67.134.128
52.165.156.193
52.165.163.247
52.165.156.102
23.99.250.214
