welcome to the Poly Community.


according to the poeple I spoke to the limitation is China and Russia. As long as the company is hosted there we are OK. For more information work with a Poly reseller.

Hello Support,

I encountered an issue while integrating Microsoft Teams with Polycom RealConnect.

Error: Unknown error

Description: An unknown error has occured.

 

I read somewhere that the service is not available in Africa Region. Please, can you confirm this or any other way to resolve the issue. It's pretty urgent. Your response will be appreciated. Thanks.

The RealConnect Service is currently not available if a company's tenant is homed in any of the following countries:

 

"cn" "China" 
"ru" "Russian Federation" 
"kp" "North Korea" 
"ao" "Angola" 
"bw" "Botswana" 
"cm" "Cameroon" 
"cp" "Cape Verde" 
"ci" "Côte d'Ivoire" 
"et" "Ethiopia" 
"gh" "Ghana" 
"ke" "Kenya" 
"mu" "Mauritius" 
"na" "Namibia" 
"ng" "Nigeria" 
"rw" "Rwanda" 
"sn" "Senegal" 
"tz" "Tanzania" 
"ug" "Uganda" 
"zm" "Zambia"

Users in these regions are supported if the tenant itself is homed in any other region not listed.
