RealConnect and Microsoft Teams Live

Just wondering if anyone has tried the new Microsoft Teams Live connection through RealConnect as yet?  It looks like it has been integrated into our RealConnect subscription as we are now seeing the VTC conference details in the Teams Live invitation, though when joining RealConnect we are getting;

The call has ended
Conversation ending after failed proxy to
existing conversation on conflict..
DiagCode: 409#5715

Anyone had success with this?

Hi, Chris, I have seen the same message when trying to join a Teams Live Event from my X30. After adding the X30 as a trusted device, I was then able to join the Live Event. Can you confirm that you were trying to join a Teams Live Event ?

Hi Irego, yes, definitely a MS Teams Live event, as I was testing joining from a laptop, phone and room based system.  All connected to the producer/presenter screen apart from the room based Poly unit.  Seem to get the same result with HDX, GS500 and X50.  No issues joining standard MS Teams Meetings through the Poly units.   I will have to look into how to add a unit as a trusted device maybe.

Thanks for that.  Will have a look and confirm the settings.  I'm not sure if it is the problem as the devices don't seem to be reaching the lobby.  Worth a check though, so thanks.

Were you able to get this to work?

When scheduling a Teams Live event i am able to get the SIP URI for the video endpoint to join the meeting as a presenter.

Is there a way to configure it so I can get the Poly RealConnect CVI meeting information to be issued for attendees? My goal is for users to be able to join a teams live event from video endpoints that are not presenters.
