Hi there,

Trying to configure this in my new place but having some issues.

If I use the configuration template on the trio 8800 for Skype, calendars sync, webcam works , sound works. Everything is working except the Screen Sharing.

I'm assuming because we aren't using the RealConnect ?

Now if I configure the like the instructions that I was sent from Polycom with a basic profile and login to OTD, I can't seem to join the meetings because it complains that line 1 is unregister.

We don't have any Sip functionality in house, since we always used Skype for meetings.

So I'm wondering does having a SIP provider that will be able to connect to RealConnect mandatory ?

Can't we just use our Skype /Connect connection ?

If so, any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?

Thank you very much.

Best Regards.
