Dear community, we're experiencing a quite noise and big issue related to poly Realconnect.
While our end point (GS310, GS500, X50, G7500) join to MSTeams meeting via Real Connect, if the organizer of the meeting set mute for the station, the station itself is not able to activate the VC microphone anymore.
Typically by digit #6 it was working but now is not anymore.
This is causing big issue on my company so far.
Any insight to share that can help ?
