As of 1 Sep, 22, has anyone successfully created a RealPresence OTD entry using a Google Calendaring ID and registered it successfully on a X Series?  I am trying to determine if I am dealing with a company issue, Google issue or OTD issue.

This morning I created 3 new RealPresence OTD entries tied to Google Calendaring IDs and they all have remained in a PENDING state.  When I try to register the Calendaring Service to that OTD account on an X30 or an X50, the registration fails.  Even an existing account that was previously registered successfully and working on an X50 will now not re-register without failing as of this morning.

Can anyone see if they see the same issue or not given this specific set of circumstances?

Thank you for your time and consideration

Just to bring this full circle, after further testing with Poly it seems to be an internal issue with my company network tied to a firewall rule.  I will be seeking to understand what the requirements are for OTD registration to better address the issue.

Thanks
