I don't have a cloud relay in my environment, nor do I think I need one or want one. But my OTD dashboard always complains with an orange triangle that "Devices are configured to use cloud relays, but no cloud relays are configured."
To my knowledge, none of my devices are configured to use cloud relays. I'm not even sure how that would be done anyway.
I have a dim memory that this is the way it's always been. Every ticket I've had with Poly usually glosses over this. But since I have ongoing issues with OTD reliability, I wanted to confirm that this is the way it is for everyone. If not, how does one get rid of this alert?
