You need to ensure your network environment allows generic B2B video calls over the internet.
- To confirm that supported end points can connect to the Polycom RealConnect for Office 365, place a call to 7357@test.plcm.vc
- If the call fails, reference the RealConnect for Office 365 Deployment Guide for the proper firewall and other settings.
For a listing of supported end points, view "What are the supported Video Endpoints for Polycom RealConnect for Microsoft Office 365" or when scheduling a conference, click on "Alternate VTC dialing instructions" link.
This link will open a web page that will be updated dynamically as new end points are tested and added.
