Best way to determine RealConnect license usage

Hi All:

Our RealConnect licences are up for renewal.  We currently have 5 and have never had an overage issue.  I would like to know if we've ever even come close to having an overage and perhaps reduce (or increase if necessary).  

I've logged onto the RealConnect Tenant Report but there is nothing I can see that will tell you "On December 3rd you had all 5 licenses in use and we had to deny a 6th joiner."

Of all the options - it would seem like a helpful one to have.  Certainly with Zoom, they immediately let me know if our Room licenses are at 100% usage.

1. Time Period is in upper left corner.  Adjust to 1 year
2. Look at yellow "Mac Concurrent" line in "Active Calls Over Time"

I think this is how you determine it.
