After connecting Polycom Studio to our WLAN infrastructure for provisioning by RPRM we've seen, that all 10 minutes Polycom Studio tries to communicate with Google servers (e.g. 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168), which will be blocked by our firewalls.

The Poly Studio USB runs Android to my personal message so some features inside would try and connect to these services.
As you have not provided any software information I can only suggest you raise this with support.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
