We recently migrated from PDMS to LENS.  After the migration, our few remaining Trio 8800 Visual+ setups will no longer connect to Teams interop for Teams video calls.  While we try to find a solution, is the any way to point the Trios back to PDMS for their configuration?

I can see in LENS that the Line 2 config on the Trios shows different settings than the Line 2 config in PDMS, even tho the profile from PDMS migrated to LENS and shows for the Trios.  I would attempt to adjust the settings except the fields are not a 1-to-1 match between the 2 portals.

I used a LENS redirect profile on the Site profiles in PDMS to point devices to LENS.

My thought is to connect the Trios to PDMS where they functioned perfectly and then plan replacement over the next month or 2.  Long before the PDMS retirement in October.

Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello @PASSR ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

I can see you managed to open this via the Beta Portal and it is with a colleague (Internal reference EN-230426)
