TC8 showing offline on poly lens

Hi Team,

We're seeing instances of TC8 showing as offline on site overview.
The TC8 are actually connected and working fine

Hi Dominic.L,

I see the same in my environment. The linked devices are present in the room but they do not have a online status. But in the overview pane they are counted. So in my case there is 33% because there is also a Trio linked beside the TC8.
