I'm attempting to follow the documentation to configure our VVX501 phones to use SIP gateway to make calls through Microsoft Teams.  According to the instructions at the link below, I should have an 'Integrations' option in Poly Lens under Settings, but I don't see that option.

Policy - Microsoft Teams | Poly Lens Help

Anyone know how I can get this option to show up so I can configure the Teams integration for SIP gateway?

We are also experiencing the same problem. I have followed the instructions,
Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway Integration | Poly Lens Help & Policy - Microsoft Teams | Poly Lens Help

Previously the setting was available and worked correctly. Yesterday we started to have errors opening our policy we were using for the Integration and this morning the option is no longer present at all.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

It went missing for me as well, but as of today it has returned.

Hi Everyone,

Just an update, Poly has now fixed this issue and the setting is appearing correctly.
