I'm running Poly Lens Desktop Version 1.1.23 and have signed into the application.
I've followed this guide to setup a Personal USB Device.

I've done the following:
The portal shows I'm not connected.
The app shows

Did you invite the user for which you logged into Lens Desktop from the Lens Cloud Portal?
