Savi Device not visible in Poly Lens

I'm running Poly Lens Desktop Version 1.1.23 and have signed into the application.


I've followed this guide to setup a Personal USB Device.



I've done the following:

  1. Created a policy for the device
  2. Logged into Poly Lens Desktop

The portal shows I'm not connected.


The app shows


Please advise.

Did you invite the user for which you logged into Lens Desktop from the Lens Cloud Portal?
