Greetings to all,

    I noticed that Poly lens stops working when Audient  software is installed in Windows 7. Specifically, Audient App Launcher service is running in the background (auto started in every reboot) causes Poly lens to fail when you connect a USB headset like Blackwire 5210. Poly lends hangs and the only option Windows offers is to close the application. This behavior does not appear when Audient App Launcher is terminated with "End process" button in task manager. I have audient id4 audio interface that I connect to my laptop when i need to record something. Please update Poly lens software so that it will not hang when Audient App Launcher is running in the background.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.


Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible


Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the structure for your convenience.

 

In addition, did you report this to Audient? I am unsure if other tools or software failed to work. You can manually disable programs so they do not start automatically so for now I suggest you stop this for Lens.
