Poly Lens deletion

I am trying to delete some devices from Lens but they keep coming back. Done everything from getting rid of the sites attached down to the devices themselves. My understanding this may be a known bug? Need some path to get this done

Is this Lens Desktop or Lens Cloud. If Desktop PC or MAC?

It's is Lens cloud. Would doing via Lens desktop make a difference?

Hi @Artesian

 

I have the same issue.

I had some Poly Trio 8800 with Visual+, 3 sets.

I selected all 6 devices in Poly Lens and clicked Remove.

Now I'm left with 2 Visual+ that I can't delete.

 

I have reported this as a bug, but as we all know, we can't the status of reported bugs, and have not heard anything about it.

 

So you are not alone with this issue.
