Hi all

Trying to install the above to a Windows 10 device (device install not user) and the application bombs out. The environment is pretty secure, but most applications will run ok.

The application data that is created in %appdata%\oz-client is only partial present.  Only two folder are created :

Crashpad

Logs

The file in the logs folder main.log contains only these entries:

[2023-03-30 19:54:22.788] [info] Directory C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\oz-client\Crashpad\reports does not exist.
[2023-03-30 19:54:22.796] [info] Directory C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\oz-client\Crashpad\new does not exist.
[2023-03-30 19:54:22.797] [info] Directory C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\oz-client\Crashpad\pending does not exist.
[2023-03-30 19:54:22.798] [info] Directory C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\oz-client\Crashpad\completed does not exist.

I am expecting to see the next entry in the log file

[2023-03-30 18:46:16.680] [info] loading local assets

However application does not get that far.

Ran this in a not so locked down environment and all is ok.

Trying to understand why? ProcMon does not appear to give me any clues..

Thanks

UPDATE

Seems that there are several processes in TaskManager (Poly Lens.exe) and when I either reboot the device or terminate these processes and relaunch, everything works as expected.

Not sure if this is a bug with the software?

One other thing...  Is how do you suppress the EULA popup message, so this message does not appear on first launch of the application?   If I accept the agreement by ticking the check box and exit Poly Lens from the "System Tray", the EULA pop reappears.

Thanks in advance.
