We have been using Poly Lens for awhile now with no issues. Before Christmas I was able to provision VVX450, I had to start provisioning phones again and am now getting this error only with the one model of phone. I can still provision the VVX250. Any thoughts?

Please get this into support via the Phone MAC address and provide the Lens Tenant ID from the browser when logged in.

Just curious would I go that same route if the same problem happens to all 6 VVX450's I have? Seems like more of a Poly Lens issue that a phone issue.
