I connected my microsoft tenant to a Poly account called 'Sonny Schincaglia'. I then deleted the 'Sonny Schincaglia' account and created the new Poly account 'Ascona-Locarno'.
I deleted the 'Poly Integration Directory' application on our Microsoft tenant.
Now I am unable to activate the synchronisation with the account "Ascona-Locarno" with our Microsoft tenant. The error is:
There was an error loading the data: [GraphQL] Microsoft tenant already claimed by another Lens tenant
I think the problem is due to the fact that I did not disable the integration in the first 'Sonny Schincaglia' account before deleting it from the poly administrative dashboard.
How can I solve this problem? Do I have to give up the AD integration with our tenant forever?
