Poly Studio ( P009 ) hangs as soon as plugged to any other laptop.

Hi ,

         I am facing a strange issue with my Poly Studio ( P009 ). It works well only with one of our laptops and hangs completely if plugged to any other laptop , despite all the other laptops are more or less similar with Windows OS 10.

Once it hangs I have to do the standard recommended reset procedure to get it back to life. But then again it works well only with one laptop only. I have tried latest updates , factory reset too,  but the issue persists. 

I had raised a ticket with Poly but they have not been able to troubleshoot. 

It would be a great help if any community member can help with a solution.
