Hello community,

 

this is my first post. I´m having trouble with my two Poly Studio USB devices. I´m unable to use the microphones in Teams. I tried different cables (USB 3.1 before it was USB2.0), factory reset, fw-update via the companion app, deleting the device and reinstall it from scratch but none is working out for me.

 

When i make a testcall to the Microsoft Teams Test Call, i can hear no output, as if the microphone is magically muted. I think the problem here is MS Teams, tomorrow i will try zoom with a testcall. 

 

Does anybody else have these issues with Poly Studio and MS-Teams?

Hi

 

Try restoring Studio to factory settings and update it to the latest firmware version.
