How can I adjust the TRACKING MODE of the E70?

Hi team.

We have just installed an E70 ROOM KIT video conferencing system.

We did some tests for 3 days and we have not been able to adjust the AUTOTRACKING time of the camera in SPEAKER.

The referential videos of the brand where the movement is carried out in three seconds, in our system it can take up to 7 seconds.

¿What can i do?

Hi @Harrison Mozo,

you should download and install the Poly Lens Desktop App for example on your notebook or if you have admin settings, install it on the MTR itself.

https://www.poly.com/de/de/products/services/cloud/poly-lens/app

With this app you will be able to configure the E70 the way you need it, like "Brightness", "Contrast", "Saturation" , "Sharpness" and "Backlight Compensation", etc. The point you should definitely look at is the "Tracking speed". You can choose between slow, normal and fast.

Hello @Harrison Mozo

as outlined by @mshu either the Poly Lens software can adjust camera settings or you can download the Camera Controls for Microsoft Teams Rooms Windows Systems which fits into the Team UI running on a GC8.

Best regards
