We have a customer with two Director II's installed in cascading mode. They are currently referencing presentation and far end audio via the dsp.

The client uses wireless mics for both conferencing and voice lift, when voice lift is disabled, the director tracking works well, when voice lift is enabled (and turned up) the tracking performance is negatively impacted.

If I add the voice lift mics to the director reference I suspect it will stop tracking when someone local speaks into a mic. It's currently not part of the reference but since the voice lift is heard via 12 different speaker locations there's no way for the director to use it's mic to locate the active talker.

Please advise if the director II is compatible with voice lift and if there's a recommended way to handle the audio reference?

Hello @reddings ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Your post is missing some fundamental details like the software version and if this is being used as a standalone installation or how this is being used.

I suggest you get this into Poly support for official analysis and answer and then report back here.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
