We just turned up several Obi ATA's and are managing via the PDMS-SP.  Our company was part of Poly Webinar when PDMS-SP came out and we were told that you could monitor network quality(not call quality) and verify in semi real time that a device was connected or not. I don't see any of those options.  Any help appreciated!

Hi, yes, you can "monitor network quality...and verify in semi real time that a device was connected or not" as long as you are a partner of Poly and have an account to sign into Poly OBiTALK portal (at www1.obitalk.com).  Best to verify Poly Partner account by sending an email to obi.spsupport@poly.com.
