We have been having this ongoing issue for more than a month now.
When trying to access devices in PDMS, we get an error "Device Information is not accessible at this time. We are aware of the issues and are working it"
This is not for all devices, just some. But it has been going on so long, does anyone know about this and when it may be fixed?
