Hi,

I've been using my Poly Studio P15 for a while and it's worked great - until I got a new computer that had no USB-C port. It has USB-A ports running 3.2, but any cable I've tried that goes USB-C to USB-A (and I bought new ones) products horribly cut out audio - laggy, can't play constant audio properly. I know the manual says USB-C to USB-A may have some issues, but has anyone experienced this and found a way around it? Do I need to keep trying new cables? I've tried USB-C to USB-A adapters too at the end of the previously working USB-C cable.

The easiest way I've found to test is load a game and just try and use this as the default audio device - it either plays no sound, or very little coming through constantly broken up.

Hello @AdamFowler_IT

I have seen your tweets on Twitter about this and suggest you get this into support so we can potentially diagnose the root cause.

After installing a card to provide a USB-C port (albeit 3.0 not 3.1), and using a pure USB-C to USB-C cable, the problem seems resolved.

Not sure if it's a limitation of USB-C to USB-A, or if I just had bad luck with the several cables/brands I tried.
