HP Recommended

I have the Soundstation 2w EX that will not see the 2 included mics.  On the second system now still no success.  Part # is 2201-67800-160.  I have read online that you have to have console part number  2200-7801-001.

 

Had polycom techs on the line last week and they were no help at all.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated
