I'm doing something similar, trying to run a Soundstation EX with a Soundstation Premier DCP wall

module

I cant find much for documentation and obviously polycom is just going to give a canned "we dont support that"

response, hopefully I can get a useful response from another user

the premier dcp has a RJ45, not sure if its two RJ11 analogs tied together or if its a digital interface

ethernet jack thingie (more inconvenient)

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I have separated this post from the original Post that you replied.

Polycom does not support the usage of a different replacement product other than the originally supplied Power Adapters.

Please do not utilize a different Power supply.
