Soundstation 2w has no dialtone. Unit is connected to a VCX7000 system. Unit has been defaulted and re-registered to base unit. I am now here. I know how to register the normal 3com phones to the VCX7000 system but I do not know how to register the Soundstation 2W to the VCX7000 phone system.  Does anyone have any advice with this. There are two FXS VOIP gateway's in the network, because we are on a PRI. Any help or advice, thanks

Hello CBravo,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SS2W is an analog Phone or a DECT registered Phone.

Please provide more Information regarding "registration" against the VCX7000.

Usually the analog Base Station is connected to an analog Line or a the SS2W unit in EMEA can be registered via DECT on a DECT System.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
