Hi,

we dio have an OPenScape Business Siemens System and a HiPath Cordless IP Server system. the Soundstation was connected via a normal analog Dect Ip base station and working well. Now I registered it to our new HiPath Dect IP system . registration and everything worked fine, the incoming calls are working but i can´t do any outgoing call from the Polycom unit.

License was done in the HiPath. If you dial any number ,you here the busy sign.

Any idea , what to do ?

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This should be working as I know plenty of customers that have this setup.

 

I suggest you work with Siemens support so they troubleshoot the DECT connectivity.

thank´s for your reply , but this actually does not solve my problem, to know that it should work 😉

Is there anybody out there who can give me some hints ?
