Hi All,

 

I'm trying to add a call using the Conference button on the Soundstation 2, but everytime I press the Conference button, the word FLASH appears on the display and I am unable to join the call. The confusing thing is that I am fairly sure that I have done this  in the past. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your answer. I assume that it is not possible to have more than two external callers using this technique?

Hello Greg,

 

as described in above post the limitation lies with the PABX / PSTN Line and not the Phone.

 

The phone only tells the PABX / PSTN that it want's to start/hold/create a conference but the actual conference is held in the network.
