We have to power down the unit by disconnecting the power cord in order to hang up a call. It is currently set up on an analogue port off of our PBX. When I plugged the unit into a POTS line I had the same issue.

 

Is there a firmware update to address this issue or has the phone gone bad???

Did you find a resolution for this?  I'm having the same problem but it's happened after a storm so I'm assuming it's done for.  At least the wall module anyway.

same situation here. lightning strike now the hang up doesn't work. any resolution?
