I have an SoundStation 2W that I cannot get registered to the base. I have updated the software, but when I go through the steps for registration I get "registration failed".  Any suggestions?

This is a used unit. It did work before. The seriel numbers for both units match. I was asked by my manager to update the software and get it in working order.

What is the serial starting usually with F2 or something ?

The serial # G206360150521. Is there nothing that can be done?

The only way is to raise an RMA and pay for the repair of the unit.

 

Based on the serial this unit was sold 14/09/2006
