Hello Everybody,

 

We  use the Polycom Soundstation 2 at multiple job sites for phone conferencing. Many of our jobs utilize the cell phone for the connection using the 3.5 MM cell phone cable. We're starting to see some inconsistent technical difficulties, specifically with the Iphone 6( may include other newer phones). I'm also seeing some kind of pattern with phones that have T-Mobile as the carrier. I had one tech who was using an Iphone 6 and a Galaxy under T-Mobile and they both didn't work. I checked the cables and they were able to work with different phones.

 

Does anyone else seem to be having this problem with newer phones and/or certain carriers not working with the SoundStation 2 ?
